Shipping Information (ENGLISH VERSION)

Most products are shipped the next business day using our own delivery service, following a telephone confirmation. Payment is made upon delivery.

Shipping is free within the region of Attica. For remote or hard-to-access areas, an additional fee applies, starting from €20. Deliveries take place on business days between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Before delivery, a specific time slot is arranged via telephone, convenient both for our logistics department and for the customer. In Athens, afternoon deliveries and Saturday deliveries are also available.

You may also collect your order from our store; however, you must first ensure that your order is ready for pickup.

In the case of shipment via a transport agency (1–2 business days, with pickup from the agency’s location), the total transaction amount must be fully settled in advance. The shipping cost is paid by the recipient. An indicative transport cost is €30.
